What is MUAY THAI?
It is a martial art originating from Thailand, also called the art of eight limbs due to the possibility of inflicting blows and kicks, fists, elbows, tibia and knees, both in distance and in the clinch. This is one of the toughest disciplines in the striking martial arts of a long tradition from distant Asia.
