Martial sports are for everyone, no matter what level of advancement you are at, movement is to be a pleasure for you.
I work with different people. Computer scientists who need to move after hours spent in front of the computer. Doctors, lawyers, pilots, office workers and other people who prefer to train personally than on a group who treat individual trainings as their PE for adults.
REMEMBER sport is health!
So if you don’t want to be a player and you would like to move, feel more confident and just charge endorphins then such workouts are for you!
